Technical Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a product specialist for electrical connectors, cable assemblies, electro-mechanicals, and accessories, providing technical support to internal teams and customers.
• Assist in project managing new product introductions, from concept and design to manufacturing and testing.
• Work with engineering, production, and sales teams to evaluate R&D; specialist product requirements and their commercial viability.
• Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage the procurement and implementation of new tooling and production equipment.
• Support quality control and technical analysis of product issues, ensuring solutions align with compliance standards.
• Occasionally visit customers to provide on-site technical support (average once per quarter).

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in electro-mechanical engineering, ideally from electronics design, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in project management and working with subcontract manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of batch machining, assembly processes, and materials.
• Familiarity with engineering change processes, 3D designs software and ISO 9001 (2015) standards.
• Solid experience in technical communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Full, clean driving licence required.
