We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Aviation Supplier, who are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Horsham.
This pivotal role involves managing a team of 4-5 Sales Account Managers, improving processes, setting and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and conducting one-to-one reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Managers, driving individual and team performance.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team objectives to ensure service excellence.
- Handle escalated customer issues to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Analyse team statistics and performance data, compiling comprehensive reports using Excel.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Proven management experience, ideally leading customer service or sales account teams.
- Strong background in the aviation industry, with excellent product knowledge.
- Solid understanding of export processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Package
- 38,000 - 40,000 per annum DOE.
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; early finish on Fridays at 4:15 PM.
