About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for a client based in Horsham. Ideally you would have experience in IT/ Manufacturing/ Engineering or FMCG, however this is not a deal breaker!

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving company growth. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing sales strategies, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

The ideal Business Development Manager will have / be:

  • Proven Business Development experience (mandatory)
  • B2B or B2C experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
