Your role in this is though evermore varied. It spans from ensuring best visual merchandising standards in-store, across to sensitive and knowledgeable salesmanship, on to new initiatives to ensure every contact experience is enriching and future patronage building.

Individually you must enjoy the challenge of meeting best service expectation head on, and your future colleagues are masters of delivering such service ambition. Personal confidence must enable you to communicate to all with quite some panache & fluency - you are in your element when best customer service etiquette is being called upon.

Requirements:

  • You need to possess superb inter-personal skills, enjoy helping customers and be ever of the mind-set that you enjoy being challenged and seek responsibility.

  • Sales experienced, it may be that you have already sold luxury goods and individually you have the disposition to quickly learn product knowledge ready to answer future searching clientele enquiry.
