Zest4Talent are recruiting a Trainee Field Sales Executive for a market leading facilities services company specialising in hygiene and clinical waste services. The successful candidate will be building relationships with clients initially remotely but then training to visit clients face to face and be primarily field based. An initial salary of 28-30k plus commission ( OTE 45k uncapped in first year ) will be offered and once trained 3-6 months ) a higher basic salary will be on offer as well as a company car.Once trained your patch will be We

This role may suit a candidate looking for the transition from Internal Sales (B2B) to Field sales. You may have had some experience selling face to face or over the telephone (B2B) and be looking for a new challenge or purely know you need to take that next step. To fit in with the existing team, you will have a positive and proactive personality and be driven by personal success as well as have a customer centric attitude. A full driving license is essential.

This is a small company of 12 that have a welcoming culture and pull together as a team. You will not be targeted on call volumes as they are looking for quality long term relationships rather based on reliability and trust to fit their company culture.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ringing a

st Sussex and some of Kentn existing list of clients, building a relationship through consultative sales techniques and booking appointments for the MD to visit

  • Occasional client visits alongside the MD to build up your knowledge, support your training and build strong relationships with your client
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders including marketing, operations and distribution
  • Recording details on CRM system (full training given)
  • Following up with new customers ensuring first delivery has been successful and notifying distribution of special delivery requirements/challenges
  • Upselling to existing customers and notifying of new product launches/designs
  • Ensuring a positive approach to continuous personal development and training both inhouse and external provision
