Summary:

The Sales Support plays a vital role in managing all aspects of asset finance lease agreements and internal products within Managed Print Services and IT Solutions, overseeing the entire deal process from proposal to payout.

This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills to foster effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. A key focus of the role is providing daily support to internal Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Deals: Handle all requests from Account Managers, ensuring lease and finance documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Auditing and Problem-Solving: Check documents for compliance, resolve issues with payouts or new deals, and assess customers’ financial credibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with finance providers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly review procedures to reduce risks and improve efficiency.
  • Supporting Training: Help new staff and finance partners understand procedures and systems.
