Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely company based in Horsham, West Sussex who is looking to expand their Credit Control team. We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to support with the everyday credit control duties, chasing customer payments, checking invoices and processing the payments. This is an office based, Credit Control - Billings Assistant role.
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Salary: 27-29K
Location: Horsham, West Sussex - office based
Credit Control - Finance duties:
- Sending out invoice - payment reminders to customers
- Responding to invoice - billing queries
- Chasing payments - overdue debts by telephone / email / letter
- Processing customer payments
- Updating the in house systems, maintaining a record of the debtors
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar Credit Control, Billings, Finance support role
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills
