The Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of credit control experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to manage client relationships
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

The Role:

Generate invoice reminders (including electronic billing) using billing software
Follow up on overdue payments from patients and insurance companies via phone and letter
Process credit card payments over the phone
Track aged debtors and ensure timely collection in line with credit control policy
Log and manage queries with appropriate follow-up actions
Handle credit control-related correspondence
Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed
