An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join one of our longstanding clients, a close-knit company in Horsham.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of credit control experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

The Role:

  • Generate invoice reminders (including electronic billing) using billing software
  • Follow up on overdue payments from patients and insurance companies via phone and letter
  • Process credit card payments over the phone
  • Track aged debtors and ensure timely collection in line with credit control policy
  • Log and manage queries with appropriate follow-up actions
  • Handle credit control-related correspondence
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed
