- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and online chat.
- Take customer orders, upsell products, and provide personalised product recommendations based on skin types and concerns.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Liaise with the Accounts team to address trade accounts that are overdue or over credit limits.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.
- A genuine interest or passion for skincare and beauty.
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise and upsell products confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Packages is ideal.
- Own transport is essential due to the location of the office.
- £24,000 - £26,000pa, depending on experience.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
