  • Onboard customers like a pro! Handle contract renewals and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires with ease.
  • Deliver WOW-worthy service. Be the friendly voice on phone, email, and live chat, offering expert advice and resolving issues seamlessly.
  • Ace quoting & processing. Tackle contract renewals, service job quotes, and engineer site reports
  • Be a problem-solver. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and respond to online reviews with professionalism.
  • Keep it organised. Manage trade accounts, process returns and refunds, and input orders accurately.
  • Build relationships. Nurture strong client connections to boost satisfaction and drive success.
  • Own the numbers. Provide insightful monthly reports and assist across departments as needed.
