Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction and Sales: Managing customer interactions via phone and in-person, preparing and submitting quotations, promoting business, canvassing, and following up on inquiries.
- Job Coordination: Monitoring live jobs to ensure timely collections and deliveries, updating clients on progress, and coordinating driver assignments, including evaluating and selecting drivers for job requests.
- Client Acquisition: Developing new business through prospecting campaigns, targeting specific sectors, scheduling appointments for the Business Development Manager, and setting up new client accounts.
- Key Account Management: Overseeing daily activities of key accounts, ensuring commitments are fulfilled, resolving issues like driver shortages or load availability, and preparing daily reports.
- System Updates: Managing business operating systems, including driver and load tracking (CX, NAV), prospecting resources (FAME), and CRM systems (HubSpot).
Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Horsham (will need to drive and have access to own vehicle due to remote location)
Salary: 24,000 per annum
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
