Position: Customer Services Assistant Location: HorshamWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700

Temporary Role starting Monday 7th April ongoing temp 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Respond to enquiries and maintain positive relations with residents.
  • Assist in preparing lease agreements, invoices, and notices.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, payments, and communications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property repairs and maintenance.
  • Support property managers in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage property-related tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, property managers, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
