Robert Half is recruiting an experienced, fully remote-based data analyst for an innovation organisation. This is an initial 12-month contract with the potential for extension.
Role:
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all our systems and applications.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Maintain, and suggest and implement improvements to, our data architecture, including use of our CRM (Workbooks), Email Marketing Platform (Dot Digital) and our AP
- Use various available datasets to create a unified views of organisation performance, sector information, and other reports and dashboards as needed.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain, and suggest and implement improvements to, our data architecture, including use of our CRM (Workbooks), Email Marketing Platform (Dot Digital) and our API
Profile:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Excel, Python)
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platform
- Strong ability to create reports and dashboards
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Skills in designing, implementing, and analysing surveys.
- Expertise in managing and integrating data from multiple sources
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights and data practices to non-technical stakeholders.

- Initial contract for a period of 12 month - Potential for contract extension
