Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to support a fixed-term project focused on data entry and cleansing within our Learning Management Systems (LMS). The primary objective is to review, update, and ensure the accuracy of our data, making it reliable, accessible, and well-organised. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and remove identified data within various systems to maintain a clean and well-structured database.
  • Data Cleansing & Validation: Review existing records to identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information and take corrective actions.
  • Error Resolution: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by cross-referencing multiple sources and ensuring consistency.
  • System Navigation: Work across multiple digital platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), databases, and Office 365 applications, to facilitate data updates.
  • Progress Reporting: Communicate regularly with the team, providing updates on completed tasks, challenges encountered, and overall project status.
  • Adherence to Data Standards: Ensure all data is handled securely and aligns with organizational data management policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and an ability to spot errors efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve inconsistencies in data.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with database management systems, Learning Management Systems, and Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within the project timeline.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with the team and provide status updates.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring high standards of data accuracy.
