We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to join an established team, initially based in our clients Leatherhead office before transitioning to a major residential project in Worthing. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the construction of 225 high-quality apartments across five blocks, one of which is traditional build, with the remaining four constructed as reinforced concrete (RC) frames, varying between five and eight storeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and build team to ensure smooth project execution from the Leatherhead office before moving onsite in Worthing.
  • Monitor project progress, document management, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee daily onsite operations, including contractor coordination, safety compliance, and progress reporting.
  • Manage project documentation and perform essential administrative tasks to support the site management team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience with Asite and Fieldview software, essential for effective project tracking and quality control.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle administrative duties to support the broader project team.
  • Effective communicator and problem-solver, comfortable working in both office and onsite environments.
  • Familiarity with residential construction, particularly with traditional builds and RC frame structures.
