We are actively working with a great school in the Horsham area who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support them Monday - Friday mornings.
About the role:
- Teaching Assistant for primary school in the Horsham area.
- Teaching Assistant to work in a wonderful primary school to support pupils.
- School experience is not mandatory but experience working with children is desired.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks and access learning within the classroom.
- Supporting teachers in breaking down learning for pupils with SEN needs.
- Assisting children who require additional support to complete tasks.
- Supporting teachers in lesson delivery and managing classroom behavior.
- Supervising group activities and smaller learning groups.
- Preparing the classroom for lessons and maintaining its cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborating with teachers to plan learning activities and carrying out various administrative tasks.
