Pineapple Careers is proud to partner with a family-run business based in Horsham that is looking to recruit a Solar PV Fitter on a full-time, permanent basis. Do you have previous experience installing Solar panels? Do you want to be a part of an industry that has guaranteed growth? Then we want to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding renewable energy team that works on a variety of domestic & commercial projects in Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a supportive team and an organisation that really looks after its employees! Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems
Mount and secure solar panels according to design specifications
Connect wiring and electrical components to ensure the system is fully functional
Performing maintenance and repairs on the above technologies
Working as part of a team to deliver the best customer experience possible
Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions
Completing work-related documentation accurately
Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met and followed
Ad-hoc requirements to support and meet business needs

Key Skills:

Previous experience in solar panel installation is essential
Knowledge of the assembly and installation of solar panels
A keen eye for detail and problem-solving
Take pride in your work with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding customer service
Happy to pitch in to help the rest of the team
Keen to learn & develop new skills
Trustworthy & reliable
Awareness of Health & Safety requirements
Valid UK Drivers Licence

Salary & Benefits:
