Our growing financial services client, is looking for a Finance Director to develop and implement the company’s financial strategy. The role will invole:
- Dealing with risk mitigation
- Mergers and Aquisitions and identifying growth opportunities.
- Supervising all financial projects across the group,
- Producing financial reports and budgets
- Implementing cash flow management
- Improve efficiency and reduce costs throughout the business.
- Maintenance of accurate financial systems and processes
- Adhering tocompliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
- Management of accounting employees
Skills / Qualifications required
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Superior mathematical skills Experience
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role.
- Fully conversant with MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of FCA Threshold Conditions.
