Our client, a thriving organisation who are witnessing year on year growth is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager. This is a pivotal role that will shape the financial direction of the organisation alongside the smooth running of the day to day financial activity.

Salary: £40K - £50K per annum

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Key Responsibilities:

Hands on approach to day to day financial activity, including month end and reconciliations
Budget and forecasting
Overseeing credit control and debt collection
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation of monthly management accounts

Skills and experience:

Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial software
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
