Head of Finance, Financial Services co. Horsham

Our client is a successful and established Financial Services business and they are now looking fro a Head of Finance to join the team

The role in summary

Responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy, with a focus on risk mitigation, supporting mergers and acquisitions and identifying growth opportunities. This role ensures optimal use of capital and resources by supervising all financial tasks across the group, delivering high-level financial reporting, and consolidating budgets.

The position also oversees the implementation of sound cash flow management processes and seeks ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs throughout the business.

We are looking for an ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified person

Experience• Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role.• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).Knowledge• In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards.• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices•In-depth knowledge of HMRC Rules.Knowledge of FCA Threshold Conditions.

Base to £75000 based in Horsham and the chance of an immediate start
