Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working with a fast growing organisation in the heart of Horsham, West Sussex. Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of FP&A to focus on financial, planning, analysis and strategy to support the company's growth objectives.
This is a newly created opportunity and will have key involvement in implementing a financial planning structure within the group.
Job role: Head of FP&A
Salary: Market rate (competitive)
Location: Horsham, West Sussex - Hybrid working (50% office based)
Duties & responsibilities:
- Working with the executive and leadership team to formulate the businesses financial and strategic plan
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial planning processes
- Identify business growth opportunities, market trends
- Maintain and develop financial models for scenario analysis, investment evaluation and business planning
- Deliver financial analysis and reporting
- Oversee department budgets and forecasts
- Present weekly financial metrics
- Analyse financial and operational results
Key competencies:
- Qualified - ACCA, ACA, OR CIMA / or equivalent
- Strong FP&A experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent systems skills / or experience using Power BI
