Client Management:
- Manage a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all tax-related matters.
- Provide tailored tax planning advice to clients, considering their individual circumstances and financial goals.

Tax Compliance and Advisory:
- Oversee the preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Advise clients on a wide range of tax issues, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax planning.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and communicate implications to clients proactively.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Review work completed by junior team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients and attract new business.
- Participate in networking events and contribute to marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's profile in the marketplace.

Strategic Contribution:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's tax strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a holistic service to clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in private client tax, preferably within an accountancy practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and delivering high-quality tax advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
The client we are representing is offering a competitive remuneration package including:
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (Subject to applicants qualification and level of experience)
Holiday: 25 + Bank
