My client are a wealth planning firm with offices in Horsham who who offer financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London. In their current setup they manage the affairs of 500+ clients assets ranging from £100k - £1m+. The advisers consult on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning. They do have mortgage/protection advisers inhouse who deal with more transactional advice but generate lots of internal referrals. They have very longstanding relations stretching back many years. They additionally receive lots of recommendations via a longstanding relationship they have from a solicitor firm they work very closely with.

The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for a Financial Planner who will be responsible for managing a portion of his existing book of business as the MD needs to pass on some of his clients and give the annual review responsibilities to this new adviser. This is a servicing role and will be suitable for a candidate who has 2+ years of advising experience and can undertake an existing book of business and generate some new business from any recommendations and referrals.
