We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice based in Horsham who are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.

Hours - 9am - 5pmLocation: Horsham OfficeHoliday: 23 days plus bank holidays increasing each year until 25 daysSalary - £45,000 + depending on experience.

They are looking for a Paraplanner to support two Financial Planners, creating and compiling quality financial planning reports and conducting research on financial strategies, plans and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client information and existing investments/policies
  • Write suitability reports for cases of varying complexity
  • Ability to handle urgent client queries in the absence of the adviser.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Tax Calculations
  • Create cash flow models and projections to support financial planning using Voyant
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Uploading cases to XPLAN for pre-approval

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm
  • Knowledge & experience of wide range of financial services products
  • Confidence in determining the advice journey.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
