Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay engaged and productive.
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide guidance and support to students by clarifying instructions and addressing queries.
- Record and monitor student attendance, participation, and behaviour.
