This role requires a strategic and data-driven approach to maximise customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You will be a results-driven person taking responsibility for leading and overseeing customer relationship and retention efforts. 

The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. Responsibilities include project leadership, promotion planning, email & SMS marketing, subscription management, loyalty scheme management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Develop and manage targeted marketing strategies using email and SMS marketing to enhance customer retention.
  • Grow product subscriptions and manage the loyalty programme to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Implement direct mail and push notification strategies to re-engage customers.
  • Work closely with Customer Care and Warehouse teams to ensure enhanced customer experience.
  • Monitor key performance metrics using analytics and reporting to refine strategies based on insights.
  •  Oversee projects related to customer service platforms through the CRM to enhance user experience.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
