They’re seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee New Build Home installations, ensuring quality and efficiency across multiple live projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Regular site visits to monitor shell erection progress
  • Inducting operatives on-site and ensuring all necessary documents and requirements are in place
  • Sourcing high-quality shell teams and obtaining competitive quotes
  • Ensuring company quality standards are met
  • Providing clear directions to subcontractors and monitoring their work quality
  • Attending site meetings and documenting progress and variances
  • Liaising regularly with customers and builders to meet their expectations
  • Ensuring site work adheres to agreed HSE standards, including scaffold, slab, and crane lift plans
  • Maintaining quality standards to ensure site handover meets contract specifications
  • Collaborating with the wider team through regular office visits
About You:
  • Full driving licence is essential
  • Contract management experience in Property Development (bespoke Timber projects would be ideal)
  • Ability to manage and motivate operatives in a site environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Proficient in writing clear and concise reports, identifying labour, delivery, plant requirements, and programme variances
