As an experiencedNew Homes Sales Consultant, youhave the opportunity to join a well respected name in the new homes industry where your expertise will be instrumental in selling thisdesirable development.

The package offered is:-

Up to 34,000 basic salary

20,000 OTE commission (16,000 plot commission, 2000 annual personal bonus, 2000 annual customer service bonus)

45p p/mile after 20 miles

Working hours are 9.30am- 5pm

Thursday to Monday

A double manned site.

This is already a successful development with Phase 2 opening soon.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess a proven track record in new homes sales, demonstrating a flair for engaging with clients and closing deals with finesse. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain meticulous attention to detail will be key in driving the success of this new venture.

Your role will involve:

- Representing a cutting edge brand within the new homes sector.

- Contract chasing of your reservations through to legal completion

- Building and nurturing relationships with potential buyers.

- Conducting viewings and managing the sales process from initial enquiry to completion.

- Collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Candidates should exhibit:
