Your responsibilities as a Plant Hire Administrator will include-

  • Process plant hire orders and manage bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate delivery and collection of plant machinery.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm hire details and resolve queries.
  • Ensure all plant equipment is serviced, inspected, and compliant with regulations.
  • Prepare and issue hire contracts and invoices.
  • Track hire periods and monitor overdue equipment.
