Are you a detail-oriented professional with scheduling experience in construction, rail, or plant industries? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate the hire of plant machinery and operators, ensuring efficient scheduling based on skills and availability.
  • Manage data entry and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets with project and financial information from purchase orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including handling QuickBooks entries and generating reports.
  • Use Google Suite to manage office tasks and assist with documentation.
  • Handle phone calls professionally and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in scheduling, ideally within the plant, construction, or rail sectors.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data entry, as well as general office software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Knowledge of the plant hire industry is essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence required.
