About the School:
Supply Desk are working with an Ofsted rated ‘good’ school, in Horsham, that are committed to providing a supportive and friendly environment for their children to learn. The school are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teacher to join their team on a temporary basis and contribute to the continued learning and development of their students.
About the role:
The school are seeking a passionate Teacher to teach across both Key Stage 1 and 2. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, providing a rich and diverse teaching experience.
The Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to meet diverse student needs
- General positive attitude to inspire and motivate students
