Network Graduate, Trainee (IP, networking)

My client based in Horsham are looking to recruit an network trainee for their growing internal team.

They will offer full training but a desire and drive to work within networking is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support for IP systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure seamless operations for clients. System Integration: Test and support the integration between IP ranges and third-party systems, ensuring full compatibility and functionality.
  • System Pre-Programming: Perform system pre-programming for IP and network-based projects, preparing equipment and software for deployment according to customer requirements.
  • Documentation: Create detailed quick-start guides and documentation for IP products, covering specific functionalities, system features, and integration processes to assist customers and internal teams.
  • Client Training: Host training sessions for both existing and new clients on product ranges, ensuring users are confident in utilizing the systems effectively.
  • Project Support: Support projects and collaborate to help grow the presence of systems within the business, contributing to the business's overall development goals.
  • Site Attendance Attend site for project assistance for either pre-programming, fault finding or commissioning
