As Senior Claims Handler, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire claims lifecycle, from first notification of loss through to final settlement. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial claims, mainly Motor Fleet, Employers & Public Liability and Property losses. The position requires strong decision making capabilities, particularly when handling complex cases, and the ability to ensure each claim is well-documented and compliant with regulatory standards. You'll also act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear and empathetic communication throughout the claims journey. In addition, you'll be expected to produce regular reports, track departmental KPIs, and contribute to overall claims strategy.
This is an office-based position, designed to foster close collaboration, allowing for seamless communication with all colleagues, including Account Executives and Directors,  ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered to clients. You'll benefit from a culture that encourages learning, values collaboration, and supports professional growth.
