Parts Coordinator - Full-time, Permanent

  • Location: Southwater
  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year
  • Hours: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of parts and equipment. Your key duties will include:

  • Sourcing and ordering required parts
  • Managing stock levels of parts, tools, and equipment
  • Keeping accurate records of stock usage
  • Handling and moving heavy items in the warehouse
  • Ensuring the workshop remains clean and free from hazards
  • Liaising with clients and fitters to provide excellent service

Key Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in a workshop, warehouse, or mechanical environment
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
  • A detail-oriented and organised approach to work
  • Forklift experience (desirable)
