Hybrid Pensions & Investments Administrator

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Promote and ensure adherence to the policy of delivering Client Best Interest outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with the suite of policy and procedures, including the Conflict-of-Interest Policy and Inducement and Incentive policy.
  • Take responsibility for personal performance and identify areas for development.
  • Support the team to ensure that all advisers provide a fully compliant file to the administration team before processing any new business.
  • Enter all clients onto the back office system and submit pension and investments to providers online or by post.
  • Chase providers on the progress of business effectively and update clients on the progress of their workflow.
  • Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and chase client authorities with insurance companies.
  • Ensure all documents on client files are scanned to INVU or Intelligent Office and issue necessary documents to clients.
  • Produce ongoing service reports for adviser’s client meetings with all supporting documentation in a timely manner.
