MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR - HORSHAM - C£25K

Our multi-award-winning mortgage broker, based in West Sussex is expanding and looking for a professional Mortgage Administrator.

As specialists in the mortgage lending industry, my client assist a wide range of clients, from borrowers with poor credit who have struggled with high street lending, to portfolio landlords seeking to expand and optimise their property businesses.

In this role, you will be part of a vibrant, friendly, and professional team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the mortgage brokers with their day-to-day activities, including liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrator, strong client service skills, a keen attention to detail, and a solid background in customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling emails and telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to facilitate the mortgage process
  • Keeping client cases up to date and ensuring accuracy
  • Providing documentation to lenders, advisers, and customers in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations
  • Filing client correspondence and relevant documentation
  • Managing your workload efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations
