Are you a skilled Private Client Associate seeking an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious Top 100 firm in West Sussex? My client is on the lookout for a talented individual to play a vital role in their Tax, Trusts, and Probate team. As a Private Client Associate, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, contribute to the wider department's success, and uphold our commitment to exceptional client care.
  • Take on a diverse range of responsibilities within the Private Client Group, collaborating with Associates and Partners to ensure a thriving working environment.
  • Manage your own financial targets, including fees and contributions, while maintaining the highest standards of client care to drive client retention and referrals.
  • Lead marketing and business development efforts to elevate our firm's profile, from writing for e-newsletters to engaging in seminars.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Private Client work, encompassing Will drafting, estate administration, Trusts, and Court of Protection work.
  • Proven time management skills and an understanding of the importance of client care.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and provide support to junior members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the firm's strategy and vision.
  • Keen awareness of the legal market to drive informed decision-making.
