Service Care Legal are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This leadership role will collaborate with the firm's partners to enhance and grow their Private Client department. ROLE: Senior Private Client Solicitor
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: 45,000 to 60,000 per annum
PQE: 3 years'+
This role will be based at the firm's office, with a degree of hybrid working flexibility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matter including wills, probate, and estate planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements
- Developing strategic business initiatives in collaboration with the companies partners
Person Specification:
- A qualified Solicitor (or CILEx qualified) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
- A strong technical understanding around Private Client Law
- A proven track-record of managing full caseload and exceeding billing targets
