The firm is seeking a driven and personable Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE. This role is ideal for those looking to manage a diverse caseload while contributing to a progressive and collaborative team.

The Residential Property team is a tight-knit, highly skilled group advising on all aspects of property transactions. • Manage a diverse caseload including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, ensuring regular updates and transparency.
• Provide accurate quotes and fee estimates.
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and AML requirements.
• Collaborate with external professionals, estate agents, and lenders.
