What We're Looking For:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with a background in property law. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of property-related documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer forms.
  • Support solicitors in conducting property searches and due diligence.
  • Maintain client files and ensure all documentation is organised and up to date.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining the filing system.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a legal assistant role, preferably within property law.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
