What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Logistics and Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our clients operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials within their production process. Your role will involve:

  • Receiving & Inventory Management: Accurately receiving, inspecting, and booking materials into their system.
  • Stock Control: Organising and replenishing materials using the FIFO system and maintaining stock accuracy through cycle counts.
  • Kitting & Distribution: Preparing and delivering kits to the manufacturing team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
  • Environmental Efficiency: Supporting their sustainability efforts by managing material disposal and recycling packaging in line with ISO14001 regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contributing to their lean manufacturing goals and 6-S program for an organised and efficient workspace.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or materials handling role.
  • Confidence operating a Fork Lift Truck (certification preferred but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory systems.
