- Updating and maintaining company databases
- Assisting in managing the internet bidding portal
- Supporting bid evaluations and tender submissions
- Creating and editing presentations for client and prospect meetings
- Contributing to monthly market reports and weekly project lists
- Providing administrative support to senior staff to boost productivity
- General office duties to ensure seamless operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
