Our client, a well-established fire protection service, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrator to join their growing team in Horsham.If you have strong administrative skills and thrive in a customer-facing role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!The Role:
  • Handle incoming calls and raise jobs for repairs and installations
  • Ensure engineers are provided with correct job sheets and timesheets
  • Provide clients with regular updates on job statuses
  • Raise purchase orders for subcontractors
  • Communicate with the scheduling team to ensure smooth job flow
  • Track and update job progress to ensure deadlines are met
The Person:
  • Previous experience in administration (essential)
  • Strong customer service skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for all clients
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships
  • Experience in engineer scheduling is beneficial but not essential
The Package:
  • Salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing up to 33 days with service) + birthdays off
  • Annual performance bonus

  • Potential opportunity for WFH 1 day per week after a 6-month probation period
