- Handle incoming calls and raise jobs for repairs and installations
- Ensure engineers are provided with correct job sheets and timesheets
- Provide clients with regular updates on job statuses
- Raise purchase orders for subcontractors
- Communicate with the scheduling team to ensure smooth job flow
- Track and update job progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Previous experience in administration (essential)
- Strong customer service skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for all clients
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Experience in engineer scheduling is beneficial but not essential
- Salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing up to 33 days with service) + birthdays off
