As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this industrial project. Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you’ll gain first-hand exposure to the full site management process, from subcontractor coordination to quality control and health & safety compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring work progresses on time and to specification.
- Overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and addressing any on-site challenges promptly.
- Maintaining and enforcing strict health & safety standards, ensuring compliance across all site operations.
- Collaborating closely with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and material deliveries.
- Learning the commercial and contractual aspects of site management to develop a well-rounded skillset.

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial projects.
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certifications (Essential).
