Driver Hire Gatwick are recruiting for a Commercial Waste Manager for one of our clients in Horsham. You're responsibility will include overseeing and managing a team dedicated to providing exceptional commercial waste and recycling services. Your focus will be on optimizing resources, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for the right candidate to start on the 28/10/2024 and take on this role for the next 7 months.
Job Specification:
- Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in commercial waste and recycling services.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure that resources are deployed effectively and efficiently to meet service demands.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and training for your team.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient expenditure.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing teams and operations.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Living within a 10 mile radius from Horsham.
- Have your own means of transportation to and from Workplace.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management.
- Competent in using various computer systems and software.
