Operations Administrator/PA

What You’ll Be Doing:
Office & Operations Management:
- Running payroll, handling insurance renewals, and making sure everyone gets paid on time.
- Looking after staff admin – contracts, reviews, holidays, phones, laptops – you name it!
- Being the HR and IT champion – helping staff with queries and keeping things running smoothly.
- Keeping an eye on company finances – expenses, credit card statements, and budgets.
- Managing company cars, office equipment, and all the little details that make a big difference.
- Owning the office – from sorting maintenance to making sure we have the best coffee (priorities, right?).
PA Duties:
- Keeping schedules in check – from Zoom calls to Funder meetings.
- Managing important contracts, agreements, and making sure everything is signed, sealed, and delivered.
- Helping with all sorts of tasks – from ordering awards to sorting out water filters (no two days are the same!).
- IT assistance – phone setups, email troubleshooting, and keeping things tech-friendly.
- Managing emails like a pro, ensuring everything stays organised and nothing slips through the cracks.
