About Platform Operations
Our Platform Operations area plays a vital role in supporting high-quality financial advisers by managing their accounts on the Fusion platform. Each team functions individually while collaborating closely to deliver an exceptional adviser experience. We operate under tight deadlines and adhere to specific service level agreements, and as an associate, you will be instrumental in executing multiple critical processes. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately will help us avoid errors and improve our service delivery.

Your Base: The Schroders Campus
You’ll be based at our Schroders Campus near Horsham, West Sussex—a stunning countryside location that offers a refreshing alternative to city life. Enjoy our full-time roles with a hybrid working model, requiring presence in the office three days a week. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in financial services or platform operations.
- Progress towards industry exams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
