HVAC Contracts Manager Southeast & Southwest £55,000-£63,000 Are you a Contracts Manager looking to oversee and lead on varying air conditioning projects across the Southeast and have the opportunity to earn over £60,000 within your first year? Our client has well over 15 years of experience within the industry and is one of the South's most respected and profitable companies. They can boast some of the area's most prestigious and long-standing commercial contracts including a newly obtained long term project within the civil service sector. You will be required to work alongside the company Director to oversee the install, maintenance and repair works of VRVs, VRFs, multi-splits and various other HVAC systems within civil service sites across the Southeast & Southwest. This will include assisting with quotations for new works, managing of labour and external sub-contractors, organisation of call outs and much more. * £50,000 Base Salary * Company Bonus Schemes (Estimated £5,000-£13,000) * Company Vehicle * Hybrid Role * Varied Progression Routes* Company Benefits Package
